My work sits at a deliberate intersection: technical project management with a deep focus on cybersecurity and cloud engineering. I believe the most effective security programmes are run like well-managed projects — with clear ownership, defined scope, measurable outcomes, and leaders who can translate between the technical and the strategic.

I hold 12 professional credentials across project management, cybersecurity, and cloud engineering — including the PMP, PSM I & II, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, CompTIA Security+, Network+, A+, and CompTIA stackable specialisms. Together they represent the crossroads where I operate: managing complex technology programmes with rigour, securing cloud infrastructure, and translating between the technical and the strategic.

I'm committed to enabling organizational success at the intersection of strategy, technology, and secure execution — which means I care not just about shipping projects on time, but about building the systems and culture that make secure delivery repeatable.

What I'm building

Outside of my practitioner work, I run several community initiatives grounded in the same belief: that the best learning happens in public, with accountability and company.

I host Cloudpire, a podcast on YouTube where I explore books, technology, and leadership with practitioners and emerging leaders. I run a Saturday book club — one book every four weeks, via WhatsApp. And I teach a weekend IT bootcamp in person, covering Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Linux Systems Administration, Agile PM, and Leadership.

I also maintain personal projects on GitHub that reflect what I'm currently exploring: cloud security tooling, GRC automation, and infrastructure-as-code experiments. Photography is my creative counterweight — a practice in observation and patience that, honestly, makes me a better project manager.

Leadership development

I think about leadership development constantly — not in the abstract, but practically: how do you become someone technical teams trust to lead through ambiguity? For me, that means communicating clearly under pressure, managing stakeholders without losing technical credibility, and creating the conditions for capable people to do their best work.

I'm at an early stage of that journey, and I'm committed to being honest about it — which is part of why I write, teach, and build in public.
