Where I bring value.

Three areas, three different levels of runway — here's what each looks like in practice.

How I lead

I lead as a servant leader — my job is to serve the team, not the other way around. PMP® and PMI-ACP® certified for predictive and agile delivery, PSM I for team-level Scrum, with a growing technical foundation in AWS, cybersecurity, and IT that most PMs don't pursue.

Project Leadership

This is where I lead from day one.

Years running Scrum teams and cross-functional programs, PMP and PMI-ACP certified across predictive, agile, and hybrid delivery. I run the fundamentals well — sprint discipline, backlog governance, stakeholder alignment — and lead the way I believe delivery should be led: as a servant leader who clears the path rather than manages by checklist. The reliability gains, the budget discipline, the programs actually delivered — that track record is real, and it's on this site.

Cloud Solutioning

A PM's discipline, applied to cloud work.

AWS Solutions Architect Associate certified, with hands-on project work in landing zone design, infrastructure as code, and disaster recovery. I bring a program manager's discipline to cloud conversations — cost awareness, risk management, governance — which means I can sit in a migration or modernization effort, ask the right questions, and keep the program moving without every detail needing translation. It's a foundation I'm building deliberately, one certification and one project at a time.

Cybersecurity

Security grounding that isn't secondhand.

CompTIA certified across Security+, CySA+, PenTest+, and Network+, with hands-on home-lab work in threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response. That grounding means a security review doesn't need translating for me, and a risk register I build reflects real technical exposure rather than a guess. It's a genuine, ongoing investment in becoming the kind of technical project manager security teams actually trust.
